Our Clean Plan is designed with you. We will never give you an estimate over the phone.
We want to meet with you and discuss your specific needs. If you would like any of the
following services, just let us know and we will add them to your plan. We do not charge
extra for these services. We charge according to the amount of time it takes to complete
your cleaning experience.

that is circulated throughout your home every time the A/C runs.

experience. We know that the only way to get it done right is to do it ourselves. Our clients
enjoy having the same dependable people in their home for each cleaning experience.

Your Keys
As soon as we receive your key, it is numbered and placed in our
safe along with your Clean Plan and alarm codes. At all times only
the two owners of Clean by Nature will have access to any of these.

Payment Options
Payment is due at the time of your cleaning experience. You can leave us a check, money
order, or you can hand deliver cash payments to our owners. (Please do not leave cash for
us in your home). Otherwise, there will be a $15 late payment fee. A $30 fee is charged for
returned checks plus a late fee.
If for any reason you have to cancel a cleaning experience, please contact us as soon as
possible. We will need at least a 48 hour notice of cancellation to avoid any charges to
your account.
